About This Experience

We invite you to join us for a journey through the elements. Wellness Wednesday is a 4-part experience at Kala Waikiki, blending conscious movement, sound, community, and holistic vendors.

This season, we embark on Nā Kumumea (The Essentials). In Hawaiian culture, "priority" is defined by the necessity of life. Over four unique sessions, we align our movement, music, and community connection with the spiritual importance of the natural elements: Wai, Honua, Ea, and Ahi.

Whether Oʻahu is your home or your sanctuary for the week, join us as we find our rhythm together, reconnecting with the essential elements of life.

The Elemental Calendar

• May 13 | WAI (Fresh Water) — Abundance Focusing on fluidity, emotional restoration, and "cleansing the vessel."

• May 27 | HONUA (The Land/Earth) — Stewardship Grounding into the foundation of the land and our physical bodies.

• June 10 | EA (Air/Breath) — Sovereignty Exploring the Hā (sacred breath) and claiming your personal power.

• June 24 | AHI (Fire) — Transformation Celebrating the peak energy of the Summer Solstice and our inner spark.

Franko Heke: A world-renowned Maori musician and transformational voice guide from Aotearoa. Franko blends indigenous wisdom with ecstatic movement to build collective resonance.

Tribal Dreamz: Our resident alchemist of rhythm, curating a sonic journey that mirrors the ebb and flow of the natural world.

Awakened Mana: Closing our evening with a deep, restorative immersion to ground the energy of the night.

Local Wellness Marketplace

We are excited to curate a space that supports our local healers and makers. Each evening features a rotating selection of holistic vendors, creating a full-sensory experience.

• Healing Arts: On-site massage and bodywork to help you drop into the space.

• Apothecary & Ritual: Hand-crafted, locally made wellness products and botanical tools.

Parking at Kala Waikiki

• Pre-Sale Parking: LIMITED parking spots are available at the venue for $10 and can be added at checkout.

• Day-of Parking: Any remaining spots will be available for $15 on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited street parking in surrounding areas.
